Reset a site content

Deleting all contents under /home/username/public_html directory. Where username represents your Safaricom Hosting account username

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. In the FILES section of the cPanel home screen, click File Manager: cPanel - Files - File Manager
   
3. Click Select All, and then click Delete >  Click Confirm. cPanel removes everything in the public_html directory. To permanently delete the files check before clicking on Confirm "Skip the trash and permanently delete the files"
   
   

Delete all MySQL databases in cPanel:

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. In the DATABASES section of the cPanel home screen, click MySQL Database
   
3. A list of Databases and Database users will appear with a delete option beside them.
